In accordance with the mandate of Law No.14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information (KIP), IPB as a public agency fulfills the information needs by creating Public Information Services.
IPBs Public Information Service is also provided to make it easier for the public to get information about IPB.
The public has the right to submit public information managed by IPB in accordance with applicable regulations.
IPB serves all requests for information through the Public Information Service online, as well as offline (in person, electronic mail, telephone, facsimile, etc.).This ticket-based help center application is an innovation service in fulfilling mobile-based information disclosure / PPID services.
Internal information applicants can log in directly using an IPB ID account, while external information applicants must first register through the New Account Registration feature by filling in their email data, name, contact number, and password.
The next process, the information applicant can take the information request ticket as needed.
Through this application, applicants for information can also object to public information online.
